When Michael Jackson Coverage Goes Bad

(Danville, California)

My television is off today! The Michael Jackson coverage has gone over the top.

I enjoyed this clip from Las Vegas, where a young reporter had to fend off a heckling fan.

I have been heckled a few times over the years, including a notorious attempt by filmmaker Michael Moore to stop a broadcast I was doing in Washington, DC. (He wasn't successful, but I have boycotted all of his movies since.)

Anyway, enjoy this clip!

Who knew that being an entertainment reporter could be such a hazardous profession?
